What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 7 business days upon receiving your order to process your return. All items must be in unused/unwashed condition and include original tags. Orders without original tags will not be accepted. A description of the reason for your return must be provided. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Once the item has been sent back, in our possession, and in new condition, we will issue your refund.
How much is shipping?
All orders below $100 include a $5.99 flat rate and orders $100 or over ship free! We ship all orders in 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped with the USPS tracking information.
What is the exchange policy?
We accept exchanges up to 14 business days after receiving your order. All exchanges must be of equal value of the item being exchanged. All items must be in unused/unwashed condition and include original tags. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges. Once it is returned to our facility and is found to be in new condition, we will then replace your product.
Can you return sale items?
No, all sale items are final.
How often do you get new inventory?
As a small business, we carefully select stylish, yet traditional pieces to ensure the quality meets our luxury standards. Every purchase contributes to the growth of our inventory and your selection. Our goal is to launch new pieces every month.
What happens if my order shows delivered, but I didn't receive it?
You will have to call USPS directly with your tracking information for help.
Will you ever sell smaller or larger sizes?
Our target audience is between the ages of 2 and 6 years old. If there is enough of a demand for smaller or larger sizes, we will certainly consider it, as our customers always come first.
